 This tour is produced and operated by Zentan Bus Co. Ltd. and all participants enter into contract with said company in an agent-organized tour. In addition to the details listed below, the complete terms and conditions are provided in a separate document, as well as a finalized itinerary and contract. Please read the terms and conditions before applying for any tour.
 Application and Contract Process
  1. Please fill out all areas indicated on the application form and pay the application fee. The application fee is part of the tour fee and will be appropriated to the cancellation fee if necessary.
  2. In the event of phone, mail, or fax application, the participant must hand in an application form and pay the application fee within a three day period starting on the day following initial contact with the tour provider.  
  3. The contract between the tour provider and participant is made upon receipt of the application fee by the tour provider.
 Cancellation Fee
Once you have entered into a contract for an agent-organized tour, participants are obligated to pay a portion of the tour fee in the case of a cancellation. The percentages are listed below and are varied based on the date of cancellation in relation to the tour date. 
Cancellation Date Fee
Prior to the tour date 21 days or more in advance (11 days or more in advance in the case of a day trip) 0% of tour fee
8 to 20 days in advance (2 to 10 days in advance in the case of a day trip) 20% of tour fee
7 to 2 days in advance 30% of tour fee
The day before the tour date 40% of tour fee
Tour date Same day cancellation (before the start time) 50% of tour fee
After the start time or without participant contact 100% of tour fee
